What we don't collect

• No accounts. There's nothing to sign up for.
• No cookies for tracking, advertising, or identification.
• No third-party advertising or remarketing pixels.
• No emails. We don't have a newsletter.
• No server-side storage of the values you type into calculators. Your inputs never leave your browser.

What runs in your browser

Every calculator on this site runs locally in your browser. The formulas are in plain JavaScript files you can read. We don't post your inputs anywhere, there's nowhere to post them to.

One page, the alcohol-free days counter, uses your browser's local storage to remember the date you set as your start. This is stored only in your browser, on your device. You can clear it any time with the "Reset counter" button on that page, or by clearing your browser's site data for this site.

What's stored looks roughly like { "version": 1, "startDate": "2025-04-01" }. That's it.

Analytics

We use a privacy-first analytics tool (DataFast) to count page views and see which calculators get the most use. DataFast doesn't use cookies and doesn't collect personal data. It records things like the page URL, referring site, browser, country, and screen size, none of which identify you. You can read more about what DataFast does and doesn't collect on the DataFast site.

We may also count clicks on the link from this site to the embr iOS app on the App Store, so we can tell whether anyone arrives that way. That's recorded as an anonymous event, no identifier attached.

Hosting and logs

The site is served as static files from a content delivery network (Cloudflare Pages). Like any web server, the CDN sees standard request information, IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, and uses it for fraud and abuse protection and short-term operational logs. We don't read those logs to identify visitors.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect data about them. If you believe a child has interacted with something here in a way that worries you, contact us at the address below and we'll help.

Changes to this policy

If we change what's on this page, we'll update the date below. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page for a few weeks.
